This policy explains when and why we collect personal information about our members and instructors, how we use it and how we keep it secure and your rights in relation to it. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Data Protection (Rights of Access)
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee) and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected. Airline / Tour Bookings – we will need your personal details contractually to make a booking. This information will be kept on our secure database for a maximum of 4 years before it is deleted. This information will be passed on to the processing agent which will be either the airline or a 3rd party Travel Agent, depending on the flight being processed.
Visa Applications – we will need your personal details contractually to help process Visa applications. This information will be kept on our secure database for a maximum of 3 weeks before it is deleted. This information will pass directly to the relevant National Visa authority and we will not use this information for anything else.
