When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

DATA RETENTION

Airline / Tour Bookings – we will need your personal details contractually to make a booking. This information will be kept on our secure database for a maximum of 4 years before it is deleted. This information will be passed on to the processing agent which will be either the airline or a 3rd party Travel Agent, depending on the flight being processed.

Visa Applications – we will need your personal details contractually to help process Visa applications. This information will be kept on our secure database for a maximum of 3 weeks before it is deleted. This information will pass directly to the relevant National Visa authority and we will not use this information for anything else.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
