About this Policy
This policy explains when and why we collect personal information about our members and instructors, how we use it and how we keep it secure and your rights in relation to it. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy.
We will always comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when dealing with your personal data. For the purposes of the GDPR, we will be the “controller” of all personal data we hold about you.
Everyone has rights with regard to the way in which their personal data in handled. During our activities, we will collect, store and process personal data about our members, suppliers and other third parties, and we recognise that the correct and lawful treatment of this data will maintain confidence in the organisation and will provide for successful business operations.

We use the Personal Information that we collect to fulfil any reservations placed through the Site, over the Phone or in our Store (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations, etc). SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Data Protection (Rights of Access)
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee) and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Airline / Tour Bookings – we will need your personal details contractually to make a booking. This information will be kept on our secure database for a maximum of 4 years before it is deleted. This information will be passed on to the processing agent which will be either the airline or a 3rd party Travel Agent, depending on the flight being processed.
Visa Applications – we will need your personal details contractually to help process Visa applications. This information will be kept on our secure database for a maximum of 3 weeks before it is deleted. This information will pass directly to the relevant National Visa authority and we will not use this information for anything else.
