Step By Step Guide
Please see below for our handy step by step guide to your visa application.
-
Ensure that your passport is valid for at least months and that you have the right documentation (For full list click here)
-
Come to our head office (14 Richmond Buildings, London, W1D 3HQ) and we will help you fill out your application form.
-
You will then need to confirm the accuracy of your application before signing it.
-
Once the application has been completed and signed we will then process it and take it to the embassy on your behalf. At this point, you will have the option to have it completed in normal service time (7 working days) or an express service (4 working days for an extra £30). Please note that this is from the day after you complete the application.
-
We will inform you as soon as your application has been either approved or rejected. If the visa has been approved you can either collect it at our head office or we can send it to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8 extra (please note that if you choose to have the Visa sent to you the full fee must be paid in advance, otherwise payment can be made upon collection).
